What this site measures—and what it does not.

Operational ZIP universe

Move Where Love Is uses the governed National Data System operational ZIP universe. ZIP and Census ZCTA are different geography types and are not silently treated as interchangeable.

Housing observations

Housing values come from the certified Move Where Love Is ZIP housing serving layer derived from the Zillow monthly housing-market backbone. Missing values remain unavailable and are never replaced with zero.

Community identity

Community identity is descriptive context. The headline identity compares specific governed heritage/community populations. Overlapping Census identities are never added together.

Advertising

Advertising and sponsorship do not affect housing observations, Community identity results or other underlying data. A sponsor buys placement, not a ranking or a ZIP Code.
